These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PerfumeGaga website, including purchases made through the site. By browsing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website. Additional terms shown during checkout or for a specific promotion also apply to that transaction.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. If you use the site on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information and for keeping your login details secure. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

PerfumeGaga aims to offer authentic fragrance products and to describe each item accurately, including its brand, size, concentration, and condition. Product colors and packaging may appear slightly different because of screen settings, manufacturer updates, or packaging variations.

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, availability, or pricing information when discovered. Please review the product page carefully and contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a product.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown before you submit payment. You agree to pay the total confirmed at checkout using an available payment method.

An order confirmation only acknowledges that we received your request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipment because of stock availability, an obvious pricing or listing error, payment or fraud concerns, purchase limits, or an address we cannot serve. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Available shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimate are presented during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise, and they can be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and monitor the tracking information we send. If shipment will be materially delayed beyond a promised timeframe, we will provide the options required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to the delay or cancelling for a refund.

Contact PerfumeGaga support before returning an item. Approved returns that fulfill the stated requirements have return shipping paid by PerfumeGaga. Sale items are not refundable, and approved refunds are processed within 3 to 10 days.

For a damaged parcel, record its condition before opening and continue the video while opening and checking all contents. Send the video and order details to support. When the damage claim is verified and the requirements are fulfilled, PerfumeGaga will send a replacement. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after processing has begun. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

You may use the site only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not interfere with site security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site through automated means without permission, impersonate another person, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, PerfumeGaga, or the website, or when these Terms are materially violated.

The PerfumeGaga name, site design, original text, graphics, logos, and other content created for the website are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for your own lawful shopping but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.

Product names, brand marks, photographs, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not transfer any ownership rights to PerfumeGaga or to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using the website, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in that policy.

We may send transactional messages needed to manage your account or order. Marketing messages are subject to the preferences and unsubscribe choices described in the message and our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PerfumeGaga will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or other rights and remedies that applicable consumer law makes non-waivable.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a court or another dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
