Flowerbomb Midnight

Night-blooming jasmine is the flower behind Flowerbomb Midnight, and it gives this version a darker, more after-hours mood than the original.

It opens with black currant and pomegranate, tart as well as sweet, which keeps things lively. Jasmine and peony then fill out the heart, the jasmine rich and full, the peony softer around it. Vanilla and musk make the base warm and smooth, more cushioned than woody or spicy.

The fun is in the transition. It goes from dark, juicy fruit to soft vanilla over the course of an evening, which makes it a good companion for a night that starts with drinks and ends with dinner.

It sits on the sweeter side of floral perfume, so enjoy it if you like warm, musky finishes as much as jasmine.
