Known in full as Extravagance d’Amarige, Extravagance by Givenchy is a green, botanical floral, quite different from the lush Amarige.
Green mandarin and marigold give it a sharp, slightly bitter edge. Violet leaves and pink pepper add more green and spicy detail. Wisteria brings a soft, less familiar floral touch. Cedar and sandalwood give it a woody frame, dry and smooth.
It’s crisp, leafy and composed, not the sugary richness you might expect from the name.
