Named after the elegant avenue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Central Park West is a white floral with a woody backbone, polished enough to be worn by anyone.
What you’ll smell, in order:
- Ylang-ylang, narcissus and a pinch of pepper, bright and slightly spicy.
- Gardenia, jasmine, linden blossom and orris, a rich white-flower heart.
- Musk, vetiver, oak and oakmoss, earthy and grown-up.
It’s sophisticated rather than sweet. Try it at an art opening, a business lunch or on a spring afternoon in the park.
The bottle is one of the house’s most playful: blue-and-white houndstooth inside a lime-green frame, finished with a pink cap. Eau de Parfum in 1.7 oz and 3.3 oz.
Its neighbors in the Bond No.9 map include Central Park South and Madison Ave, both worth exploring.
