The “angels’ share” is the portion of cognac that evaporates from the barrel as it ages. Kilian Hennessy comes from the famous cognac family, and Angels’ Share is his tribute to that world.

Cognac, oak and cinnamon set the scene, warm and barrel-like. Tonka bean, praline and vanilla bring a gourmand softness. Sandalwood smooths the finish.
