First, the thing people assume

Patek Maison has no connection to the Swiss watchmaker whose name it resembles. It is a separate fragrance company, and it is worth saying plainly because the assumption is easy to make and nobody selling you the bottle is going to correct it.

Beyond that, there is genuinely little documented history here. It is a young house without decades of archive material behind it, and we would rather tell you that than invent a founding story. What can be judged is what is in the bottle, and on that the range holds up.

The collection shares a structure — amber and woods underneath, with the differences carried on top. Absolute is the fullest and most resinous. Devotion and Passion are the warmer, sweeter pair, with more vanilla and spice.

Essence is the cleanest and closest to a fresh fragrance. Bliss sits in the middle and is the easiest to wear if you only want one.

Because all five cost the same, there is no entry-level bottle and no flagship. You are choosing a direction rather than a tier, which makes the descriptions above more useful than the price list.

Where this sits on the site

These are priced well above the designer shelves and well below the niche houses — the bracket where you are paying for concentration and longevity rather than for a name anyone will recognise. Eau de Parfum at this strength should carry a full working day.
