Packaging can change when a brand updates a box or bottle, so minor presentation differences do not automatically mean a product is inauthentic. These names generally describe fragrance-oil concentration. Parfum is usually the most concentrated, eau de parfum is typically the next level, and eau de toilette is generally lighter. Exact concentration and performance vary by brand and formula, so the product description should be your guide.

Fragrance brands sometimes update boxes, labels, bottle details, or batch presentation without changing the product name. Lighting and screen settings can also affect color. We aim to keep product information accurate, but you may receive current manufacturer packaging when a design has changed.

After checkout, you should see an order confirmation and receive a confirmation message at the email address provided. Check your spam or promotions folder if it is not in your inbox. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name and the email used at checkout.

Available shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimate are shown during checkout. Estimates can be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs, or address issues. When tracking is available, use the carrier link in your shipment message for the latest update.

Check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and any building mailroom or front desk. Carriers sometimes scan a parcel shortly before final delivery. If it still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then send us your order number and tracking details.

Before opening a damaged parcel, record one clear video showing the sealed package and its condition, then continue recording while opening it and checking every item. Keep all packaging and contact us with your order number, video, and photos. When the damage claim is verified and the requirements are fulfilled, PerfumeGaga will send a replacement.

Wear time varies with formula, concentration, skin chemistry, climate, and application. Eau de parfum often lasts longer than eau de toilette, but this is not guaranteed for every scent. Applying to moisturized skin and avoiding rubbing the fragrance after spraying may help preserve its development.

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and large temperature changes. A drawer, closet, or original box is usually better than a bright bathroom shelf or a hot car.
